The IX-Red is a very bright rear LED light. It runs off two AA batteries, which because LEDs are so efficient, will last about 100 hours. The IX-Red has a very adjustable bracket, which can clamp to the seatpost or a seatstay. The light itself can unclip from the bracket, so you can take it with you. The IX-Red is £15.
The IX-Red Senso adds another feature - it has a light sensor which turns the light on automatically when it gets dark. If you stop moving for more than 4 minutes, the light goes off to save batteries - and so it doesn’t light up your shed all night! You can also switch the light on or off permanently. The IX-Red Senso is £22.

The Topfire is a brilliant idea - four bright flashing LEDs on the end of skinny wires, and powered off a tiny button cell. You thread the lights through the vents of your helmet and stick the lights on with the included sticky pads. The battery and switch clip onto your helmet strap.
The whole system is very light and very visible - so light you’ll forget it’s there. The battery (included) will last about 20 hours.
Topfire - £15
