However, the cost to ship abroad is the cost of the goods on our website plus shipping (anything from about £30 up to about £600), plus any import duty at your end. We have shipped to various far flung locations and are happy to do so, however, you should also be aware that (and this particularly applies to bikes) the goods may require some assembly at your end and may have undergone minor transit damage requiring adjustment. Also, obviously it is very hard for us to help you with any problems you may have if we cannot see the bike. What demonstrators do you have? Currently we have a Brompton T6, a Birdy Grey, a Frog, a Hase Kettwiesel, a HPVelotechnik StreetMachine GT, SpeedMachine and Spirit and a 200W electric bike. Newly arrived are a Zwei+Zwei Sport tandem, a Hase Pino, Burley HepCat and Canto recumbents, Dahon folders (Speed Pro, Helios, Helios XX, Matrix, Vitesse), Chariot Corsaire trailer, PBW folding bike, Electric Surfer scooter, and a couple of Like-A-Bikes... However, its always safest to give us a call first just to check. We don’t hire them out but if you want to try one and leave something valuable with us we’re happy for you to take one for an hour or so. We don’t give discounts on principle, and we don’t receive discounts from our suppliers. It’s not worth squeezing our margins for a sale, those margins pay for all the things which mean we can give you good service. Besides, all the stuff we sell is worth paying full price for! RAL is a system of colour coding used by paint companies - it basically means that you can specify a colour exactly. “Sky Blue” means slightly different things to different people, but if you ask for RAL 5015 you always get exactly the same colour.
