| | Hase make three models of Kettwiesel, all with the same light aluminium frame - the Al, the Ride and the Style. The new frame has quick releases on the seat so it’s quick to adjust or to collapse for storage. |
| |
| - The Kettwiesel Al is the base model, with Shimano Tiagra 9-speed derailleur gears, Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes, Conti Contact Reflex tyres, SRAM 11-34 cassette, SKS mudguards, a frame in red or dark grey, and a total weight of 17kgs.
- The Kettwiesel Ride is the off-road version - it adds a differential to drive both back wheels, a suspension fork, wider Schwalbe Crazy Bob tyres, a bright green frame, and weighs 20.4kgs.
- The Kettwiesel Style is the top-of-the-line model, with extra-light carbon forks, 27-speed gears using Shimano Dura Ace derailleurs and bar-end shifters with a SRAM 11-34 cassette and Tune Fast Foot cranks, and very light Magura Marta SL hydraulic disc brakes, for a total weight of 16.2kgs.
|
| | | | The Kettwiesel is very customisable - once you’ve picked your model, you can change the gearing with a differential to drive both back wheels (the Ride has this already), add Shimano or Rohloff hub gears, a front derailleur or bar-end shifters (the Style already has these), hydraulic brakes, suspension forks, and loads of other things. The order form has a full list of all the options. |
