  
Lumotec
A very bright Halogen headlight, with built-in reflector. The Lumotec has a very compact construction with a 17 lux (2.4W) halogen bulb and the front reflector means you don’t need a separate reflector on your bike. No light escapes to the side to dazzle you, and no light is lost in the reflector. No tools are required for fitting the cables or changing the bulb, and an integral Zener diode protects the bulb from failure through over voltage. The Lumotec is £14.50.  
The Lumotec+ in addition features standlight technology - a built-in accumulator is charged during normal riding, and when you stop power from the accumulator powers a super-bright LED so you are still visible when you stop. The Lumotec+ is £32.

In addition, a version of the Lumotec+ is available with a switch for use with hub dynamos (which are “on” all the time), for £40. .
