The Delite is what Riese & Muller call a fitness bike - basically, that means it’s a fast bike that’s good for day rides, commuting, light touring, things like that - and that perfectly describes the Delite. It’s got a very stiff frame and full suspension so it’s comfortable to ride but doesn’t waste any energy. There are two models and several variants available:

The Delite yellow is like a cross between a hybrid and a racing bike - it has the speed of a racer but the comfort of a full-suspension hybrid. The yellow has 30-speed Shimano 105 derailleur gears and lightweight Marzocchi and Manitou air suspension. It’s available with a 49cm XS frame (see below), 54cm or 60cm. You can add a carrier, propstand or full touring kit.

The Delite silver is the touring/commuting variant, available in three versions:

  • With Shimano Deore 27-speed derailleur gears, RST suspension, mudguards and propstand, and available in 49cm XS (see below), 54cm or 60cm frames.
  • With Shimano Nexus 8-speed Premium hub gearing, fatter, comfier Big Apple tyres, mudguards and propstand, in 49cm XS (see below), 49cm std, 54cm or 60cm frames.
  • With a Rohloff Speedhub 14-speed hub gear, Big Apple tyres, mudguards and propstand, in 49cm XS (see below), 49cm std, 54cm or 60cm frames.

Optional extras for the Delite silver are a rear carrier, Shimano hub dynamo lighting, a front lowrider rack, and a U-lock.
