The Flit M2 is a cleverly-designed British folding electric bike – designed from scratch to be an electric bike, everything’s hidden away with an integrated battery in the main frame, motor in the back wheel, neat little handlebar controller, and integrated lighting.
I’ve had one in the shop for a few months, and it’s great for nipping about the city – the wheels are 16″ (349), same size as the Brompton. I’ve got a demonstrator in the shop to try out.

The Flit isn’t expensive either, £2499 for the complete M2 with hydraulic disc brakes, mudguards, lighting, everything. Gearing is single-speed, with belt drive coming soon (that’s why I have a demo bike in the shop!)
